Project Management Intern  

Title:  We’re Looking for a Remote Project Management Intern for Our Rockin’ Web Design Studio 

Job Type:   Part-Time, Non-Paid 

Duration:  12 weeks

Job Description: Our growing digital agency is looking for an amazing new member to add to the team.  We require an individual who is a self-starter, learns quickly, and can help us delegate tasks to our nimble team.

Qualifications: 

• Project Management skills; Level of Proficiency 
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills. 

• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects;  
• Advanced proficiency EXCELLENT English writing skills 
• Effective Use of Trello, Asana, Monday or Task Management Systems 

Responsibilities: 

• Serves as the primary point of contact for Designers and the Web Developer 
• Project Tracking via Asana 
• Monitor Emails and Customer Requests 
• Manage Communication in Slack 
• Manage Jobs on Asana 
• Identifies, defines, and takes action to mitigate project risks in a timely and effective manner 
• Monitors, tracks, and adjusts project plans based on critical milestones
